Stoak has been working together with food industry clients for many years in creating new and innovative applications our oak wood extracts. We have applied our technology to a wide range of industries where clients have been looking for unique solutions to problems traditional approaches have simply been unable to solve.

Stoak has invested in extensive technology, raw materials and infrastructure to ensure that the products we sell meet the ethos of purity and preservation. We believe that the food and beverages we consume should be as close to as nature intended. For this reason all our our raw materials are sustainable and responsibly farmed and maintained.

Similarly our production process does not make use of any chemicals or non-natural ingredients, our process of extraction whilst complex is designed entirely around the single objective of being sustainable, sensitive and natural absent of all synthetic or unnatural inputs and processes.

We regularly meet with our suppliers to ensure that our quality chain of inputs is maintained such that we can continue to assure our clients and their customers of the highest quality natural extracts and solutions.

QUALITY STANDARDS AND PRACTICES

We have a focus on quality standards across our organisation, this is imbedded in our processes, our attitudes and our certifications.

Full food standards compliance and track and trace throughout or processes are of critical importance as is the assay and analysis of each and every batch produced.

We work hand in hand with our global distribution partners and clients to ensure that this is maintained right throughout the supply chain into the final food or beverage product, this provides our customers with the piece of mind that using or product set brings.

COMPLIANCE, ACCREDITATION AND APPROVALS

Stoak has invested significant effort into ensuring that it meets all food and beverage safety, quality compliance. These stringent controls and regulations cover a broad range of commercial and production areas from our processes through to our track and trace, quality and safety management systems. These registrations are not only to meet base standards but are cornerstone to our commitment to our clients and their customers.

All compliances are annually audited, reviewed and signed off by accredited and authorised independent validation companies.

BESPOKE ASSISTANCE AND TESTING

Stoak regularly engages with its clients to assess and test the unique requirements of their product development teams. This involves product formulation, extract variant analysis as well as product application testing.

We have trail protocols, white papers and programs setup to undertake full evaluation and testing to provide proof of concept and stability analysis with our clients. In all cases we work hand in hand with the client developing the right mix of ingredients for use in their products.

ONGOING RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

The Stoak organisation is geared toward supporting ongoing knowledge, understanding and the expansion of our extraction technology and products.

From our technical team through to our sales and client support infrastructure we are constantly developing the application and extraction technology.
